某含锌镍镉烟尘元素分离及其产品制备工艺研究

         

摘要

Active zinc oxide,sponge cadmium and nickel sulfate are important chemical materials and extensively used chemical products. A technological way for separating and preparing active zinc oxide,sponge cadmium and nickel sulfate by using the fly ash bearing Zn,Ni and Cd as raw materials has been put forward in this paper. During the whole technological flowsheet,the reduction with carbon is a key operation in the process of separating Ni from Zn and Cd by the high temperature reduction method. The obtained active zinc oxide can reach the standards of HG/T2572-1994. The nickel sulfate product can reach the requirements for electrolytic and/or electroplating treatment. The obtained sponge cadmium can meet the requirements for electrolysis of cadmium. This technological research could provide a reference for comprehensive utilization of the similar fly ash materials.%活性氧化锌、海绵镉和硫酸镍均是用途广泛的化工产品.本文以含锌镍镉烟尘为原料,提出了一条含锌镍镉烟尘制备活性氧化锌、副产硫酸镍和海绵镉的工艺路线.结果表明,采用配碳高温还原挥发,实现镍与锌镉的有效分离,是整个工艺的一个重要工序.所获得的活性氧化锌可达到HG/T2572-1994要求,硫酸镍达到电解或电镀用镍要求,海绵镉达到生产电镉用镉要求.该工艺具有工艺简单、生产成本低、附加值高等优点,对类似烟尘分离及其产品制备具有一定的借鉴作用.
