本文对重庆某重晶石与萤石共生矿进行了工艺矿物学研究,并对其选矿工艺进行了探索.针对该矿石特殊的选矿性质,研究采用先重选后浮选的工艺,并优化了开路试验流程.原矿分两个粒级入重选,重选所得的重晶石精矿品位为93.44％,回收率为87.88％;重选所得萤石矿再磨后进入浮选,浮选所得的萤石精矿品位为97.13％,作业回收率为69.56％,综合回收率为62.83％.研究结果表明,先重选后浮选的工艺适合该矿中重晶石与萤石的分离,能够取得良好的效果.%Through exploring mineral processing technology and researching technical mineralogy of a fluorite-barite Ore from Chong Qing,a process of gravity concentration-flotation was chosen and an open-circuit flowsheet was optimized based on the special nature of the ore. Through the gravity concentration process dividing into two size fractions,the grade of barite (BaSO4) concentrate is 93.44％ and the recovery of barite (BaSO4) is 87.88 ％;through the flotation process on regrinding the gravity of fluorite ore,the grade of fluorite (CaF2)concentrate is 97.13 ％,the recovery of fluorite(CaF2) is 69.56％ and the comprehensive recovery of fluorite(CaF2) is 62.83％ o Results indicate that gravity concentration-flotation process is suitable for the processing of this ore and satisfying effect can be obtained.
