重庆重晶石与萤石共生矿选矿工艺研究

         

摘要

本文对重庆某重晶石与萤石共生矿进行了工艺矿物学研究,并对其选矿工艺进行了探索.针对该矿石特殊的选矿性质,研究采用先重选后浮选的工艺,并优化了开路试验流程.原矿分两个粒级入重选,重选所得的重晶石精矿品位为93.44%,回收率为87.88%;重选所得萤石矿再磨后进入浮选,浮选所得的萤石精矿品位为97.13%,作业回收率为69.56%,综合回收率为62.83%.研究结果表明,先重选后浮选的工艺适合该矿中重晶石与萤石的分离,能够取得良好的效果.%Through exploring mineral processing technology and researching technical mineralogy of a fluorite-barite Ore from Chong Qing,a process of gravity concentration-flotation was chosen and an open-circuit flowsheet was optimized based on the special nature of the ore. Through the gravity concentration process dividing into two size fractions,the grade of barite (BaSO4) concentrate is 93.44% and the recovery of barite (BaSO4) is 87.88 %;through the flotation process on regrinding the gravity of fluorite ore,the grade of fluorite (CaF2)concentrate is 97.13 %,the recovery of fluorite(CaF2) is 69.56% and the comprehensive recovery of fluorite(CaF2) is 62.83% o Results indicate that gravity concentration-flotation process is suitable for the processing of this ore and satisfying effect can be obtained.
