金尾矿发泡水泥制备及性能研究

             

摘要

In this paper,the foam cement was prepared using gold tailings and cement as main raw material,hydrogen peroxide solution as frother,as well as some other additives.The optimum material ratio was established according to the orthogonal tests.The results showed that the optimum ratio was hydrogen peroxide solution4.5 %,additives 0.44%,water to material ratio 0.45 and gold tailings 15%.The compression strength of foam cement can reach 0.52MPa in 28 days and dry density is less than 300 kg/m3.%以金尾矿和水泥为主要原料,双氧水作为发泡剂,辅以其他添加剂,制备发泡水泥.选取主要因子进行正交试验,最终确定最佳配比.试验结果表明,最佳配比为双氧水量4.5%,母料量0.44%,水料比0.45,金尾矿添加量15%.该发泡水泥性能良好,28 d抗压强度为0.52 MPa,干密度小于300 kg/m3.
