一种五轴机床检验试件轮廓误差的处理与显示技术研究

         

摘要

A new power supply control system for Laser Cutting Machine that combines FPGA technology with high-performance single-chip microcomputer (STMicroelectronics) ARM as controlling center is presented. It also optimizes the circuit design and increases the reliability of all system. The application of MATLAB to fit the constraint conditions of parameters simplifies the designed programs in the ARM. The output voltage signal of the ARM is filtered by a low-pass Butterworth filter, which restrains the high frequency interference and improves the system precision. The system is featured with a simple rotary encoders for parameters input and the display of the LCD. The practical applications show that the power supply control system is more intelligent, capable of anti-interference, precise, stable, friendly and convenient to control.%以一种S形的五轴数控机床检验试件为对象,研究一套实用的型面误差处理、分析和显示技术,对型面进行重构,将型面上的微小误差进行夸大,以便可视化表达.根据理论型面的点云数据,采用线性插值的方法对S试件的理论表面轮廓进行重构,并将三坐标测量仪的法向误差数据加入到重构后的模型中,运用数学分析软件Matlab对误差数据进行处理,采用灰度显示和等高线的方法给出误差的两种显示结果.通过检验试件的误差可视化,得到了直观的误差分布,对快速评判检验试件型面质量,指导机床调整维修具有良好效果.
