汽车门限位器壳体自动装配机的开发设计

摘要

In order to satisfy high-volume production,reduce labor intensity,avoid missing parts or incorrect parts during assembly and improve assembly efficiency and quality,by analysis on assembly process of automobile housing door check,a set of specialized equipment is developed to integrate automated assembly and inspection in one-piece that can perform automatic assembly,greasing and inspection for housing,cover,guide way and rubber spring etc.that are covered by the automobile housing door check assembly.%为了满足大批量生产,降低劳动强度、防错装漏装,提高装配效率和质量,在分析了汽车门限位器壳体装配工艺后,开发一台集自动装配与检测为一体的汽车门限位器壳体自动装配、检测专用设备,实现汽车门限位器壳体组件所涵盖的壳体、壳盖、导向体和橡胶弹簧的自动装配、加油脂和检测.
