一种新型汽车轮毂输送机结构创新设计

         

摘要

The wheel hub conveyor is suitable for handling and transporting the material among scraping slag, rolling and cutting in the production of wheel hub. In order to improve the degree of automation of the wheel hub production, the process of wheel hub is studied. In terms of the advanced design theory of struc-tural module divides the wheel hub turnover conveyor into walking mechanism, automatic clamping mecha-nism, swing mechanism and the lifting mechanism and so on to optimization design respectively, then to combine, and develops the overall scheme design of the Wheel Hub Conveyor. These optimized structure designs ensure the good performance and energy efficient of the Wheel Hub Conveyor, and improve the de-gree of automation of the wheel hub production. It has a positive effect on the automation industry.%汽车轮毂输送机适用于轮毂生产中实现刮渣、滚压、端切等工序间的物料搬运和输送。为了提高轮毂生产的自动化程度,对轮毂生产过程进行了研究,从模块组合的先进设计理念角度出发,将轮毂输送机划分为行走机构、自动夹持机构、翻转机构以及升降机构等模块,分别进行优化设计,最后进行组合,拟定了轮毂输送机的整体设计方案。这些优化结构设计保证了轮毂输送机整机性能良好、高效节能,提高了轮毂生产的自动化程度,对自动化生产行业具有积极意义。
