Variable angle planes in complex parts have been widely used in practice. It can be made accu-rately on numerical control machine tools, which has been programming with the application of parameter-ized macro instruction before computing cutter position point coordinate figures with mathematical knowl-edge. a parameterized macro program was programmed for such variable angle planes and was inputted FANUC 0i mate-MC system to machine parts successfully in VNUC NC simulating software and actual three axis CNC milling machine. The parameterized macro program brings a new challenge for the NC program-mer in variable angle planes milling, and it provides a good learning platform for the programmer to improve NC programming skills.%变斜角平面在复杂类零件中应用较广,通过运用数学知识对刀位点进行数值计算,利用参数化宏程序编写数控程序代码,能够使数控机床快速、准确的实现自动加工。现应用FANUC 0 i mate-MC数控系统对此类零件进行参数化宏程序编制,该程序通过了VNUC数控仿真软件的验证,也在真实的三坐标联动数控铣床上成功地进行了首件试切。参数化宏程序用于变斜角平面铣削加工给编程人员带来了全新的挑战,为编程人员提高数控编程技能提供了良好的学习平台。
