面向离散制造业的生产调度算法研究与系统设计∗

     

摘要

针对离散制造业的单件、小批量生产模式,分析其特点与企业需求,设计合理的系统流程和功能组成。构建以生产批次为单位的,基于时间和成本约束的多目标优化模型,利用改进的遗传算法求解调度模型的最优解。开发出符合离散生产模式的调度管理系统,通过实例验证其有效性及可行性。%On account of discrete manufacturing industry’ s single piece and batch production mode, the pa-per analyzed its characteristics and demand, and the system process and functional composition were de-signed. Built multi-objective optimization mode in consideration of time and cost based on batch produc-tion, then used genetic algorithm to seek for the optimal solution. Exploited a scheduling management sys-tem which is fit for discrete industry, a example was taken to verify its validity and feasibility.
