摘要

According to different requirements of the feed servo system of various CNC machine tools, a suitable method of servo motor is put forward.A kind permanent magnet synchronous AC servo motor (PMSM) performance testing device for feed system of CNC machine tool is Introduces, the device is mainly composed of the motion controller, multi-channel data analyzer, phase difference type torque sensor and load, can simulating the actual working condition, direct measurement, analysis and objective evaluation on the overall performance of the servo motor of different brands, and provides the basis for the different NC machine tools or equipment with excellent performance, working reliable and cost-effective feed servo motor, with significant economic benefits.%针对各种数控机床对进给伺服系统的不同要求,提出了一种适合企业进行的伺服电机选配方法.介绍了一种数控机床进给系统的永磁同步交流伺服电机(PMSM)性能测试装置,该装置由运动控制器、多通道数据测量分析仪、相位差式扭矩传感器和负载等组成,能模拟实际工况,对不同品牌伺服电机整体性能进行直接测试、分析和客观评价,为不同数控机床及装备选配性能优良、工作可靠、性价比高的进给伺服电机提供了依据,具有较大的经济效益.
