基于系统仿真的发动机装配线工艺设计研究

     

摘要

The research and implementation of system simulation technology in engine assembly line design are conducted in this paper. We constructed the simulation model of process design from the products' 3D model, logic model of process design scheme and actual manufacturing data, which is " simulation model =3D model + logic model + manufacturing data". The simulation and verification of actual manufacturing process are obtained by the simulation model. The process design scheme is estimated and optimized accord-ing to simulation results. Consequently, the utilization of equipment, the takt time and the productivity are improved. Combined with the engine assembly line of a car manufacturer, The simulation model of the as-sembly line is constructed from its 3D models, process design scheme and actual manufacturing takt time. Finally, the process design of the engine assembly line is simulated and optimized by using the system simu-lation.%文章主要研究系统仿真技术在发动机装配线工艺设计中的研究与应用.根据产品的3D模型、工艺设计方案的逻辑模型以及实际的生产数据构建出产品工艺设计仿真模型,即"仿真模型=3D模型+逻辑+数据";通过对仿真模型运行,对产品的实际生产过程进行仿真验证;从而对工艺设计方案进行评价与优化,改善设备的利用率,优化生产节拍,提高产能.结合某汽车厂商的发动机装配线,根据其生产线3D模型、工艺设计方案、工厂的实际生产节拍,构建生产线的仿真模型,利用系统仿真对发动机装配线的工艺设计方案进行仿真优化.
