应急电源整流充电模块故障分析及解决方案

             

摘要

地铁车站应急电源装置可靠性要求非常高,若其中的部件(模块)易出故障且无预见性,将对地铁安全运营形成威胁。整流充电模块是应急电源装置中故障率较高的模块之一。简述该模块的内部原理,在解析其合闸与分闸时的瞬时过程电路的基础上,提出提高该模块使用可靠性的解决方案。%Metro station emergency power system (EPS) is an important system, with very high reliability requirements. If one of the components (modules) is susceptible to failure and has no predictability, metro safety operations will face a threat. Rectifier and charging module is one of the high failure rate modules in the emergency power supply device. The paper briefly describes the module internal principle, based on analysis of instantaneous process in switching gate circuit and the paper also proposes solutions to improve reliability of the module.
