西安地铁4号线盾构下穿古城墙保护技术措施研究

         

摘要

Taking Xi'an metro line 4 shield tunneling under-passing the Hepingmen wall engineering as an example, based on the successful experience and summary of Xi'an metro under-passing ancient wall, the paper uses fi nite element software and establishes three-dimensional space model. On the formation and ancient city wall settlement are simulated by finite element analyzed, predicting the ancient city wall and near the ground surface sedimentation value, developing strengthening measures and protection scheme for the walls. In the process of construction settlement monitoring, the data shows that simulation results are following the basic pattern of settlement of city wall during shield construction formation. The technical measures taken and design schemes used are scientifi cally rational and can be used references for future similar projects.%以西安地铁4号线盾构隧道下穿和平门城墙工程为背景,通过对以往西安地铁下穿城墙成功经验总结,利用有限元软件建立三维空间模型,对地层、古城墙沉降进行有限元模拟分析,预判出古城墙及附近地面的沉降值,制定出城墙加固措施和保护方案。施工过程中沉降监测数据表明,模拟分析结果符合盾构施工期间地层和城墙沉降的基本规律,采取的技术措施和设计方案科学合理,可作为今后类似工程的参考。
