Regional integration has been one of the mainstreams of urban and regional development in recent years. As there are few studies about regional integration in mid-China, this paper takes Fencheng-Zhangshu-Gao’an, which is a typical developing area in mid-China, as the study case, and ifnds that, under multi-level governance, trends of regional integration has emerged in mid-China with problems in urban development, industrial division, infrastructure construction, basin development and cross-border conlficts. On that basis, regional integration in mid-China, compared with eastern-China, has shown different characteristics of severe city competition, lack of regional coordination mechanism as well as ignorance of environmental protection, which asks for multi-level governance, integration planning and cross-border funding to promote cooperation and regional development in mid-China.%近年来，区域一体化与区域整合逐渐成为城市与区域发展的主要方向之一。针对学术界关于我国中部地区区域一体化研究较少的状况，本研究以中部地区的丰城-樟树-高安一体化区域为例，从多层次区域管治视角，探究了该地区区域一体化进程中城镇发展、产业分工、基础设施、流域开发以及跨界冲突等问题。研究发现，与区域一体化推进程度较高的沿海经济发达地区不同，中部地区区域一体化体现出近域竞争激烈、缺乏一体化机制、跨界整合困难、忽视生态保护等特征。最后，为推进区域一体化，提出建立多层次区域管治体系机制、编制区域一体化规划、建立跨界合作基金等政策建议。
