The field has an inner sheet extending towards bottom of an upper sheet (10), and a collecting packet provided around an operative window (20) of the sheet (10). The inner sheet has a marginal upper zone that is stuck on the sheet (10) under the window for integrating the sheets and a central zone such that a surgeon is progressed towards the window by passing between legs that are covered by the inner sheet, of a patient. Air blowers (12, 13) are provided, respectively, at right and left of the central zone of the inner sheet.
