基于空间生产理论，以镇江新区平昌新城拆迁农民集中安置社区为研究个案，揭示包括地方政府、开发企业、村集体组织和居民这些主要参与主体在安置社区空间生产过程中的主要行动与作用，探讨安置社区空间生产的综合动力机制。实证表明，安置社区空间的生产是结合地方政府的公共权力运作、市场和原村集体组织的资本运作、以及居民对空间使用权益的博弈、平衡的复杂产物。地方政府通过权力和资本的结合加强对空间的控制，居民被规训的同时也进行抵抗，对空间进行重塑，构成了安置社区空间生产的基本运作逻辑。%Based on the theory of spatial production, this paper takes the resettlement community of Panchang New Town demolishing farmers as the case study, and reveals the main actions and roles of the main participants, including local governments, development enterprises, village collective organizations and residents, in the resettlement of community space production. And to explore the comprehensive dynamic mechanism of resettlement community space production. The empirical results show that the production of the resettlement community space is a combination of the public power operation of the local government, the capital operation of the market and the village collective organization, and the game of the residents' space use rights and interests. The local government strengthened the control of space through the combination of power and capital. Residents were resisted and disciplined at the same time, and the space was remodeled, which formed the basic operation logic of resettlement community space production.
