苏南城镇产镇融合发展模式及策略研究——以昆山市千灯镇为例

摘要

本文通过回顾苏南城镇发展,总结“产镇”要素经历了“产镇无序——产镇分离——产镇磨合——产镇融合”四个发展阶段,深入剖析当前多数城镇面临的“产镇”要素失调困境.建构产镇融合的理论框架,提出“产业发展、城镇空间、人居生活”三者构成了产镇融合的核心要素,确立“以产业发展为动力,以城镇空间为载体,以人居生活为核心”的产镇融合发展内涵及模式,并以昆山市干灯镇产镇融合实践为例,开展产镇融合策略的应用研究.%Through reviewing the development of the towns in southern Jiangsu Province,the paper sums up the elements of industry and town which experienced four stages:disordered stage,disjointed stage,running-in stage and fused stage,and in-depth analysis the imbalance dilemma of the elements of industry and town faced by many towns.The paper constructs theoretical framework of Town-Industry Integration,constitutes the core elements of Town-Industry Integration of"industrial development,urban space,living",and establishes the development connotation and model,which is "industrial development as power,urban space as carrier,living as core".At last,the paper takes the practice of Qiandeng town as example,and studies on the application of the strategy of Town-Industry Integration.
