中国新城公共服务设施配置模式研究

摘要

新城公共服务设施配置合理与否对新城的发展起着至关重要的作用.在对我国新城公共服务设施配套发展的轨迹分析的基础上,对我国新城公共服务设施模式的实践进行研究,总结了等级配置模式、TOD模式、专业化服务中心模式等三种类型,并对不同模式的核心理念、优缺点和适用情况进行了比较分析,同时通过武汉光谷公共服务设施布局对三种布局模式和理念进行综合验证.该研究旨在对新城公共服务设施配置的理论研究引发思考和启示,并为新城的健康发展提供政策借鉴.%Public service facility plays an essential role in the development of new urban districts.Based on the analysis of the development trajectory of public service facilities of new urban district in China,this study made a summary of three main allocating modes of public service facility that include hierarchy allocating mode,transportation-oriented development and industry-oriented professional public service facility center.It also takes on a comparative analysis on core concept,advantages and disadvantages as well as applicability of different modes,and use Wuhan case to illustrate these modes.This study not only has important implications for the theoretical research of public service facilities allocation,but also provides important policy implications for the healthy development of new city.
