泥水盾构饱和法开舱闭气泥膜技术研究与应用

             

摘要

饱和法开舱技术作为一种新型的带压开舱技术,具有工作效率高、安全性好等优势。由于舱内有效工作时间长达3~4 h,如何形成闭气性良好的泥膜,是饱和法开舱作业成功的关键。文章以南京纬三路过江通道工程饱和法开舱作业为背景,开展了现场泥浆配制、成膜及泥膜闭气模拟试验,明确了泥膜制作各阶段泥浆性能指标,并总结出了相关定量判断标准。饱和法开舱技术首次应用于南京纬三路过江通道工程中,是对开舱技术的创新和探索,可为今后类似工程提供经验借鉴。%As a new type of intervention technology for hyperbaric conditions, the saturation intervention method has the advantages of high efficiency and security; the key to success of this method is the formation of a good, airtight filter cake. Based on the Nanjing Weisan Road river-crossing project, and considering that effective working time inside the chamber is about 3 to 4 hours, on-site tests were carried out regarding slurry preparation, formation of the filter cake and air tightness, and a slurry performance index was determined for each stage of filter cake formation. Relevant quantitative judgment standards are summarized in this paper.
