Abstract This paper aims to use the AutoCAD environment to achieve the second development in the pre-construction data Cadastral database collation. Topology of the inspection process in the database, graphics, often produce excess nodes, such as cadastral parcel in the database and the boundary lines in the process of generating extra node tOl~)logy (except for boundary line of the first and last two nodes, the other is redundant a), is unreasonable. The project's main tasks are: the use of AutoCAD software environment based on VB. NET development, eliminate redundant nodes in the AutoCAD drawing, without compromising data accuracy and topology of the cases, and then import the database to use.%摘要ArcGIS仅提供了单个文件的空间数据格式转换工具。本文首先研究基于Python的ArcGIS空间分析工具开发方式.进而以栅格数据转ASCII工具为例,给出其批处理工具的具体实现过程。
