基于ArcGIS的规划数据格式转换研究

摘要

In the city planning management, the traditional planning data in CAD format has many disadvantages, for example, the attribute information can not be connected with the entity accurately, the data query and update are difficult, and the information can not be shared with the third party, thus reducing the work efficiency of city planning. Arc GIS Geodatabase can make up for these shortcomings effectively. Based on the current format conversion technology, the paper analyzes the characteristics of planning data in CAD format, the transferring of CAD data format to GIS format by the C# language, the efficient, convenient and electronic management of the planning data by using ArcGIS Engine and Objects ARX2007 component and Arc GIS Geodatabase to effectively improve the work efficiency of city planning.%在城市规划的管理方式中,传统的规划成果主要以CAD格式为主,而这种格式的数据容易出现属性信息无法准确与实体相连接,数据查询、更新难,信息无法共享等缺点,使城市规划工作的效率大大降低.利用ArcGIS中的空间数据库技术能有效地弥补这些缺点.结合目前现有的数据转换技术,文中通过分析以CAD格式为主的规划数据特点,借助C#编程语言和AE、OA组件等工具按照一定的规则将CAD数据无损地转换为GIS空间数据,并利用ArcGIS空间数据库的分析处理能力实现对规划数据的高效、便捷和电子化管理,从而提高城市规划工作的效率.
