我国台湾地区特殊教育助理员发展概况及其启示

         

摘要

In order to protect the education rights of special children and improve their quality of life, special education assistants are widely available in the education field in Taiwan to provide individualized support and services for special children, and the result is remarkable. This article explores the development status of special education assistants in Taiwan from the aspects of legal security, roles and responsibilities, service types, employment conditions, professional growth and existing research. Drawing on the relevant experience of Taiwan, the special education assistants should be included in the special education service system in the mainland. To this end, the education department should strengthen relevant legislative guarantees, schools should take the initiative to promote special education culture, and special education assistants should seek the growth of professional knowledge and skills, special children's families should actively seek resource support.%为保障特殊儿童受教育权益, 提升其生活品质, 我国台湾地区在教育现场普遍设置特殊教育助理员为特殊儿童提供个别化支持与服务, 成效显著.借鉴台湾地区从制度保障、角色与职责、服务类型、聘用条件、专业成长等方面的有关经验, 大陆地区应将特教助理员纳入特殊教育服务体系之中.为此, 教育部门应加强相关立法保障, 学校应主动宣导特殊教育文化, 特教助理员自身应寻求专业知识与技能的成长, 特殊儿童家庭应主动寻求资源支持.
