残障大学生职后发展现状调查研究

摘要

Although handicapped college graduates will meet bottlenecks and difficulties in the post-employment development compared to common undergraduates, they still have more advantages than the disabled who have not received higher education.To address this issue, universities and the whole society should work in cooperation to focus on the post-employment development of disabled students from various aspects, such as policy guarantee, education training and atmosphere building.%残障大学生是残疾人群中的优秀群体和代表, 在接受高等教育走向社会后, 利用其求学期间掌握的文化知识来提升自己的生命质量, 有益于人类的福祉和社会的进步.残障大学生与健全大学生职后发展对比存在诸多瓶颈和困境, 但与未接受过高等教育的残疾人相比, 则有更多优势.高等学校和全社会应多方协同, 从政策保障、教育培训、氛围营造等多维度关注残障大学生的职后发展.
