表面等离子体子共振技术及其在生命科学中的应用

             

摘要

简述了表面等离子体子共振(SPR)技术的基本原理并综述了SPR技术在生合科学领域的应用。SPR技术可以在原位实时监测吸附和解吸及分子的缔合和解离过程。SPR技术在免疫分析、蛋白质分子相互作用、DNA的复制和转录以及药物的筛选等生合科学许多领域的应用研究已取得了很大进展,具有许多常规技术难以比拟的优越性。%The fundamental principle of surface plasma resomance(SPR) is briefly introduced and its application in life science is reviewed. The biomolecular interaction can be monitored with SPR in real time and in situ, without using any labels. It can be used to study interactions between many species, and to monitor continuously adsorption and desorption as well as association. The applications of the SPR in the field of life science, such as immune analysis, protein molecular interaction, DNA replication and transcription, medication screening have made great progresses, showing more advantages than the routine techniques.
