关于高等学校贵重仪器设备年度效益评价的思考

本文就高等学校贵重仪器设备年度效益评价进行了探讨,介绍设备管理部门在填写教育部发布的<高等学校贵重仪器设备年度效益评价表>时面临的主要问题.主要包括部分内容的填写原则和数据统计口径,以及对部分专业仪器设备来说,评价标准过高,建议应根据实际情况区别对待,为进一步完善责重仪器设备效益评价体系,正确评价贵重仪器设备提出参考.%Comprehensive annual benefit of the valuable equipment must ultimately be based upon information about users and uses to be served in a lab.The method to assess the annual benefit of the valuable equipment for the high school is dicussed.It is critical and helpful for the equipment Administrator to submit the Valuable Equipment Annual Benefit Assessment Form issued by the Ministry of Education.Essentially, the corrected method to assess the value of the specialized equipment is proposed.The value statistic and assessment is premised on some agreement amongst the variabliliy of users and uses through different tasks and in changing environment.The suggestions obtained can become valuable input to improving the index system of annual benefit assessment and to promoting the utilization for the valuable equipment.
