高温合金中镍含量测定冒高氯酸烟分解有机物的方法研究

         

摘要

The determination of Ni in superalloys generally uses the dimethylglyoxime—EDTA volumetric method(GB and HB).The smoke of perchloric acid to decompose organic substance was described very simply in this method.The detailed operation steps for the smoke of perchloric acid decomposing organic matter,notes and how to test the perchloric acid and so on were not described in detail.The key step on the determination of Ni in superalloy was investigated,it was the smoke of perchloric acid to decompose organic substance.Through survey and analysis,it tested on the soak time about orgainc substance,the volume of perchloric acid,the addtion way and the smoking level.At last it indicated the accurate conclusions and attetions.%高温合金中镍含量测定,一般采用丁二酮肟—EDTA容量法测定(国家标准和航空工业标准)。该方法中,有一步骤是冒高氯酸烟分解有机物,在国内外的各种标准中,这一步骤的描述都相对简单,对于冒高氯酸烟分解有机物的详细操作步骤、注意事项和如何检验高氯酸是否已经冒干净等均没有详细的描述。本文研究了高温合金中镍含量测定的关键步骤—冒高氯酸烟分解有机物。通过分析,对有机物的浸泡时间、高氯酸的加入量和加入方式、冒烟程度等进行条件实验,得出正确的结论和注意事项。
