亭下水库伪鱼腥藻昼夜垂直变化初步研究

             

摘要

Biological clock of blue-green algae is one of the hot research topics on the study of algae presently.To study the orderliness of diurnal vertical migration of Pseudoanabaena sp.in Tingxia Reservoir(N29°39′26.51",E121°13'l1.60"),continuous monitoring was conducted when the algal bloom of Pseudoanabaena sp.was breaking out.The monitoring result showed that in the area with depth of water less than 5 meters,Morisita index was close to one,which showed that Pseudoanabaena sp.was randomly distributed without stratifying on this condition.There was no significant change in the chlorophyll a of the average depth of reservoir(p(A.D.chla))from day to night(p<0.05).To obtain a more actual result,p(A.D.chla) night be monitored,instead of which in surface water.%蓝藻生物钟研究是当前藻类研究的热点之一.在宁波市亭下水库(N29′ 39′ 26.51″,E121 13′ 11.60″)伪鱼腥藻水华爆发期,对水体中的浮游植物进行了昼夜垂直分层监测.根据分析结果,在水深不大于5米的浅水水域,Morisita 指数均接近1,表示伪鱼腥藻(Pseudoanabaena sp.)在水柱中趋向于随机分布,分层现象较不明显.在整个日照周期内,水体均深叶绿素a昼夜变化不明显(p<0.05);分析水体中伪鱼腥藻总体含量时,使用均深叶绿素a以可以得到更为贴近实际的结果.
