利用X荧光能谱仪快速测定合金钢中镍元素

         

摘要

在合金钢能量色散X射线荧光光谱的研究基础上,使用国产的XRF-6型X射线荧光能谱仪对合金钢中镍元素进行了测定分析.镍元素的Kα特征射线能量值为7.47keV,K特征射线能量值为8.265keV,铁元素的Kα特征射线能量值为6.40keV,Kβ特征射线能量值为7.06keV,通过与基体铁元素特征射线能量值的对比可以实现合金钢中镍元素的快速定性及定量分析.镍元素在合金钢中为常见元素,其干扰元素钴和铜为合金钢中非常见元素.研究结果表明,当合金钢中含有钴和铜等元素时干扰是可以克服的,X射线荧光能谱可有效的解决合金钢中镍元素的快速分析问题.%The X-ray fluorescence characteristic spectra of nickel in high alloy steel have been studied by domestic XRF-6 energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometer.The Kα characteristic energy value of nickel is 7.47 keV and the Kβ characteristic energy value is 8.265 keV.The Kα characteristic energy value of iron is 6.40 keV and the Kβ characteristics energy value is 7.06 keV.The energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometer achieved qualitative and quantitative analysis of nickel in high alloy steel.It is very convenient by NiKα and NiKβ compared with characteristic X-ray energy of iron.The interference elements of nickel for common elements in high alloy steel is the cobalt and copper.The considerable technique is that effectively overcome the interference of cobalt and copper.The result showed that the interference of cobalt and copper element can effectively be overcome,and the energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometer can resolve the on-site analysis of nickel in high alloy steel effectively.
