介绍了一种基于移动节点(MN)的移动速度和移动锚点(MAP:Mobility Anchor Point)管理半径的负载计算方法。MAP能根据计算出的负载动态地调整自己的优先级。此外,MN可以用多属性决策选择合适的MAP来注册。通过验证,该方案能够很好地处理MAP过载的问题,从而提高通信质量。%In this paper, we present a MAP(Mobil- ity Anchor Point) load computing method using MN's (Mobile Node's) velocity and MAP's radius. MAP can adjust its preference dynamically accord- ing its calculated load. Moreover, A MN can select a proper MAP using Multi-attribute Decision Mak- ing. After testing, it indicates this scheme can han- dle single MAP overload well, and achieve better communication performance.
