我国通信行业共建共享的回顾与展望

摘要

Since October 2008, China's telecommuni-cation infrastructure sharing has achieved remarkable results, such as reducing network construction costs, improving infrastructure utilization, safeguarding the overall interests of the industry, and it has played a positive role in the promotion of the healthy develop-ment of the information and communication industry. This paper analyzes the overall progress of China's telecommunication infrastructure sharing, summarizes the main experiences and problems of the current work, and the next stage of China's telecommunication infrastructure sharing trend at last.%自2008年10月以来，我国电信基础设施的共建共享工作经过全行业的共同努力，在降低网络建设成本、提高基础设施利用率、维护行业整体利益上取得了显著成效，对促进我国信息通信行业的健康发展起到了积极作用。文章分析了我国电信基础设施共建共享的总体进展，总结了共建共享工作的主要经验及其存在的问题，并对下一步我国共建共享的发展走向进行了展望。
