大同市产业转型模式选择研究

摘要

Strictly speaking, Datong is not a resource-exhausted cities but also faces the enormous pressure of the need to transform. Datong can not be generally applied to any existing industrial transformation model.In this paper the existing model of industrial transformation have been sort out at first then analysis existing industrial structure of Datong found over the past decade is still dominated by coal-related industries. However the tertiary industry output value increased year by year almost fiat with the second industry in 2009.GDP was driven by its strengths gradually. On this basis discuss the main problems facing about the industrial transformation.Such as the rapid depletion of resources small potential of leding industrial development high environmental costs.The conclusion is that it should take transformation strategy of combining to extend the industrial chain and foster new industriesand gives concrete policy proposals.%大同市既不属于严格意义上的资源枯竭性城市，又面临着必须要转型的巨大压力，不能笼统套用任何一种现有的产业转型模式。本文首先对现有的产业转型模式进行梳理，然后对大同市现有的产业结构进行分析，发现大同市近十年的产业格局依然是煤炭相关产业占主导地位，但第三产业产值在逐年增长，在2009年与第二产业几乎持平，其对GDP的带动优势逐渐显现。在此基础上讨论了大同市产业转型面临的主要问题，如资源的快速耗竭、主导产业发展潜力小、环境成本高等。最后认为大同市应该采取延长产业链和新型主导产业扶植模式相结合的转型策略．并给出了具体的对策建议：
