HDPE结构和形态对氯化聚乙烯的影响

             

摘要

The effect of molecular weight and its distribution, BET specific surface area, surface appearance,particle size and its distribution on the processability, mechanical properties, surface appearance, particle size and its distribution of CPE were investigated respectively, by using HDPE produced with different catalysts. The results show that higher molecular weight and narrower molecular weight distribution of HDPE lead to higher Mooney viscosity, Shore hardness and tensile strength and lower elongation at break of CPE. HDPE produced with higher specific surface area and richer microstruc-ture can be chlorinated more even and therefore the corresponding CPE have lower tensile strength and higher elongation at break. There exists replication effect between the surface appearance and particle size distribution of CPE and those of the HDPE powders, whereas the mean particle sizes of the former increase 30%~60%.%选择几种不同催化剂生产的高密度聚乙烯(HDPE),分别考察了相对分子质量及其分布、BET比表面积、表面形貌和粒径及其分布对氯化聚乙烯(CPE)加工性能、力学性能、表面形貌和粒径及其分布的影响.结果表明,相对分子质量高、相对分子质量分布窄,则CPE门尼黏度、绍尔硬度和拉伸强度高,但断裂伸长率较低;HDPE颗粒比表面积大,微结构丰富,则氯化更均匀,相应的CPE拉伸强度降低,断裂伸长率提高;CPE的形貌、粒径分布与HDPE粉料之间存在复制效应,但平均粒径较HDPE增大30%~60%.
