In this paper, with saturated nitrate - potassium chlorate dissolve the sample, the determination of copper metallurgy process black copper mud impurities of lead, arsenic, bismuth, antimony chemical components used by ICP-AES.Conditions and other factors affecting the instrument to inspect, optimize the analysis conditions. Under the selected conditions, a good linear relationship curve. The actual sample analysis precision RSD <7.70%, recovery was 89.63% ~ 104%, the desired effect. Simple operation, high labor efficiency, accuracy, precision measurement requirements to meet the rapid analysis of black copper.%本文提出用饱和硝酸-氯酸钾溶解样品,用ICP-AES法测定铜冶金工艺中黑铜泥中杂质铅、砷、铋、锑化学成分。对仪器条件等影响因素进行考察,优化分析条件。在选定条件下,工作曲线线性关系良好。实际样品分析的精密度RSD<7.70%,回收率为89.63%~104%,效果理想。方法操作简单,劳动效率高,准确度、精密度能满足黑铜粉的快速分析测定要求。
