高硅铸铁件生产工艺的改进

摘要

本文分析了高硅铸铁件在生产过程中容易出现的三种问题，介绍了改进后的高硅铸铁件生产工艺，有效地克服了高硅铸铁件在生产过程中易产生的问题，铸件的内外在质量达到了 GB8491-2009《高硅耐蚀铸铁件技术条件》的国家标准要求，取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。%This paper analyzed three kinds of problems that easy to appear in the production process of high silicon iron castings , intro-duces the improved production process of high silicon iron castings , overcame the problems of high silicon iron castings that easy to pro-duced in the production process effectively, the internal and external quality of castings has reached GB8491-2009 "Corrosion Resistant High Silicon Iron Castings Technical Conditions" national standards , and achieved good economic and social benefits .
