基于ANSYS Workbench的集装箱双面吊车架的强度设计

         

摘要

The frame of container double-side loading/unloading trailer is disconnected shaping,it's stringer and gooseneck part are connected by a box structure. The finite element model of the frame is built by SolidWorks and ANSYS Workbench, then get the structural statics analysis results of traction and self-driving condition. The results show that the strength of the frame under traction is insufficient. So the frame structure is ameliorated. The strength and the stiffiness of the frame is feasible after the adjustment.%集装箱双面吊为断开式车架,其纵梁和鹅颈部依靠箱型结构连接,利用SolidWorks和ANSYS Workbench软件联合建立车架的有限元模型,对该模型在牵引和自行走两个行驶工况进行结构静力学分析,结果表明,车架在牵引工况下强度不足.因此,对车架进行了结构改进,改进后的车架满足了强度和刚度要求.
