In order to evaluate the various design options of non-ferrous metals ultrasonic honing tools,there established five evaluation indexes,such as the resonance,the structure and function,the practical applicability,the durability and the economic performance. First, using the improved correlation function obtained extension of indicators associated with the design function values, and then obtained the fuzzy analytic hierarchy index for weight-coefficient,obtain the evaluation results by calculating. The final adoption of examples demonstrate the feasibility of the method.%为评价有色金属超声珩磨装置结构设计方案,从系统谐振性、结构功能性、实用性、耐用度和经济性等五个方面建立评价指标,首先利用改进后的可拓关联函数求得各设计方案指标的关联函数值,然后用模糊层次分析法求得各指标权重系数,通过计算获得评价结果,最后通过实例验证了该方法的可行性.
