A method combining computer simulation and real test to solve a real vibration problem is investigated. The modal analysis was carried on by Pro/MECHANICA ( FEM) through the light model constructed in Pro/E. Hie structural parameters which influence the natural frequency were found by sensitivity analysis and optimized. Experiments show the damping effect is significant, and this way can be promoted to similar projects.%针对某实际振动问题,提出一种计算机仿真与实际测试相结合的方法.采用Pro/E的三维建模功能建立车灯的实体模型,然后通过集成方式调用其结构分析模块Pro/MECHANICA进行有限元分析,得出其固有频率,之后进行敏感度分析,找出对模态影响较大的结构参数,最后确定优化目标反向求解结构参数.实际测试证明,减振效果显著,并已投入实际生产中,可以推广用于类似工程问题中.
