轴类零件倒角处尺寸对比测量的检具设计

摘要

以套筒零件为例,分析了轴类零件倒角处尺寸的被测要素,利用与标准件进行对比测量的方法,间接测量了零件倒角位置的尺寸,解决了轴类零件倒角处尺寸常规方法无法测量的问题,实现了轴类零件倒角处尺寸对比测量的检具设计.%Taking sleeve parts as example, analyze the measured elements on chamfer shaft parts.With the method of comparison with standard parts, various size of chamfer shaft parts were measured indirectly to solve the problem on how to calculate size of chamfer shaft parts, which realizes the design of measuring tool on comparison and measurement of chamfer shaft parts.
