局域网络环境下桥式起重机参数化协同设计平台的研究

     

摘要

针对传统起重机桥架重复设计严重的问题,引入了协同设计平台,并将"并行设计"和"串行设计"相结合,依托SQL Server2000数据库、SolidWorks三维软件与PDM系统,构建桥式起重机协同设计的自适应体系.服务器与客户端之间通过局域网络进行信息交互,可对产品设计进行实时控制.采用整体控制局部的模块化变型设计方法,各部件相关联的尺寸通过参数传递、继承可自动获得,使得设计人员技术交流方式多样化,实现了各部件的并行设计,极大地缩短了桥式起重机的研发周期,提高了企业的核心竞争力.%Regarding the redesign of traditional crane bridge is grave, with the introduction of collaborative design platform,adopting the method of “parallel design” and “serial design”, based on SQL Server 2000, SolidWorks and PDM, a adaptive system of collaborative design for overhead crane is constructed. Information exchange between the server and the client is realized through local area network, and in this way, real - time control of product design is achieved. Using modular and variant design method which the overall control the parts, associated dimensions of parts and components can be obtained automatically through the delivery and inheritance of parameters and concurrent design of different components can be realized. In this way,technology exchange between technical personnel is enriched, the design cycle of overhead crane is greatly shortened and the core competitiveness of enterprises is enhanced.
