Because of the problems such as slurry difficult to be separated into water and soil ,environment polluted and large area accounted for construction ,a design proposal for a new type of small-sized robots used for trenchless construction of municipal roads is put forward .Load analysis is necessary when designing the drilling robot mechanical structure .On the basis of preliminary research results ,analysis and testing ,the formulas of working load are came to .It is a theoretical foundation of the drilling robot mechanical structure .%针对目前非开挖市政道路钻孔施工存在的泥水难以分离,从而导致环境污染以及施工占地面积大的问题,提出了一种新型小型非开挖市政道路施工钻孔机器人的设计方案。在进行钻孔机器人机械结构设计时,首先要进行工作载荷分析。在前期研究成果的基础上,通过分析、试验,得出了新型小型非开挖钻孔机器人机械结构工作载荷的计算公式,为下一步结构设计打下理论基础。
