轿车摆臂加速模拟试验研究

摘要

Swing arm of a certain type of car was researched ,the spectrum of test road was acquired and analyzed ,a program load spectrum with strengthening effect was proposed based on traditional load spectrum method and the characteristics of the strength -ening under low amplitude load ,and the new program load spectrum was verified by experiment ,its failure form was same with the standard load spectrum ,at the same time the test simulated the load of auto parts actually and more quickly ,the effect of test ac-celeration was obvious .%以某型轿车摆臂为研究对象，采集摆臂试车场道路载荷谱并对其进行统计分析，在传统载荷谱编制方法基础上，考虑结构的低载强化特性，提出一种包含强化效果载荷的编谱方案，并通过试验验证，在试验过程中自制加载谱的零件失效形式与标准加载谱基本一致，同时可减少试验频次，能够更快速地模拟出汽车零/部件实际受载情况，试验加速效果明显。
