基于IPD的体系化研发管理平台研究

摘要

当前新产品研发项目管理面临诸多困境,其中最关键的原因就是没有形成体系化研发管理平台.通过引入集成产品研发(Integrated Product Development,IPD)思想,提出基于该思想的研发管理体系框架和项目管理流程,在此基础上,深入分析了基于IPD的研发管理体系实现平台的产品全生命周期管理(Product Lifecycle Management,PLM),并以广东某汽车用品制造有限公司的项目研发管理为对象,结合西门子Teamcenter PLM平台,分析了IPD管理体系平台在企业研发管理中的重要作用.%The project management of new product development is faced with problems.One of the reasons is that systemization R&D management platform is not formed.By introducing the Integrated Product Development (IPD),the framework of R&D management system and project management process is put forward.On this basis,the PLM platform of research management system is discussed.Taking the R&D project management of automotive supplies manufacturing company in Guangdong as an example,the important role of IPD R&D management system platform is presented combined with Teamcenter PLM.
