弹簧载荷机构工作原理及装配故障原因分析

     

摘要

对飞机不可逆助力操纵系统的弹簧载荷机构工作原理和力-位移曲线进行了分类阐述.从产品装配过程、轴向装配尺寸和弹簧刚度等方面对常用类型的弹簧载荷机构中位间隙大、初始预紧力不合格、力-位移曲线出现不正常的斜率突变、拉伸压缩状态下特性不一致,以及机构的回中性差等故障的产生原因进行了分析,找出了影响弹簧载荷机构力-位移曲线特性的关键装配尺寸,并提出了控制措施.%The working principles and force-displacement curves of the spring load mechanism of aircraft' s irreversible force-aided manipulation system are presented in classify form.By researching the assembly process,axial assembly dimensions and the spring stiffness of certain commonly used spring load mechanism,the cause of large clearance of the neutral position,unqualified pre-load,abnormal slope changes,the different characteristics between the tensional and compressed state,and the fault of recovery initial position are analyzed.And then the key assembly dimensions that influence the characteristics of the force-displacement curves of the spring load mechanism are determined.The control measures of the key assembly dimensions are proposed.
