基于机器视觉的封印产品字符编码检测系统

摘要

A system for inspecting seal character encoding based on machine vision technology is introduced.The software of inspection system is developed with LabVIEW,a kind of virture instrument development bench.The automatic identification and sequence test for seal character encoding can be made by the inspection system,which can be used to replace the traditional manual visual inspection.Presents a Optical Character Recognition (OCR) method based on Region of Interest (ROI) intelligent adjusting and multi template matching,by which the success rate of inspection on seal character encoding can be improved.The practical application proves that the inspection system can meet the requirement of mass production in accuracy,efficiency and stability.%介绍了应用机器视觉技术开发的封印产品字符编码检测系统,采用虚拟仪器开发平台LabVIEW完成系统的软件开发,实现了封印产品字符编码的自动识别及顺序检验,取代以往的人工目检.提出了一种基于ROI智能调整及多模板匹配的字符识别方法,有效提高了封印产品字符编码检测的成功率.实践证明该系统在检测精度、效率和稳定性上满足大批量生产的要求.
