一种简单准确的斜齿轮螺旋角测算方法

摘要

介绍的斜齿轮螺旋角测绘方法不涉及斜齿轮变位系数、法向压力角和齿顶圆直径,仅用通用量具对斜齿轮进行测算求得分度圆螺旋角；并推导了求解分度圆螺旋角公式.该方法简便易行、准确可靠.%Introduces the method of measurement and calculation of the bevel wheel' s helix angle without it' s modification coefficient,normal pressure angle and tip diameter,but uses common measure to obtain it by deduced formula,which has the characteristics of simple,easy,accurate and reliable.
