根据摩托车曲轴箱的功能要求和曲轴箱壳体不对称且局部壁厚差大的结构特点,利用Pro/E、HYPERWORKS和ANSYS等软件对其进行有限元分析.根据分析结果,以强度要求为约束,以减轻质量为目标,对零件的结构进行了改进,并通过试验加以验证.%Based on the motorcycle crankcase' s functional requirement and the shell' s asymmetric structure and uneven thickness , using Pro/E, HYPERWORKS and ANSYS, FEA of the part was completed. Take strength request as constraint condition and minimum weight as goal, the structure is improved based on the results of analysis. Furthermore, the experimental results were compared with the FEA results,they were accordant.
