A piezoelectric vibrator for ultrasonic EDM compound processing is presented and studied. The piezoelectric vibrator is calculated by FEM. The structure of piezoelectric vibrator using longitudinal mode is optimized. As a result appropriate longitudinal mode and frequency of piezoelectric vibrator are achieved, the place of piezoelectric ceramic is optimized, and the displacement amplitude of longitudinal vibration is magnified. The results meet the needs of ultrasonic EDM compound processing. Finally, dynamic characteristics of the piezoelectric vibrator is tested. The results of experiment are accord with that of FEM analysis.%提出一种用于超声电火花复合加工的压电振子,并对该振子进行研究.使用有限元分析方法对该压电振子进行计算,通过对压电振子的结构参数动态优化,使其具有合适的纵振模态和频率、驱动端具有较大振幅、陶瓷片和安装盘位于合适位置,从而满足超声电火花复合加工要求.最后进行压电振子动态特性实验,分析结果与实验结果基本符合.
