基于失效模式的后桥耐久性快速试验

         

摘要

以一款紧凑型轿车扭转梁后桥为对象,结合其在试车场试验时失效模式,通过对试车场路况下后桥服役载荷的损伤分析和信号压缩,编制了后桥耐久性快速试验载荷谱。同时结合以往研究成果中失效关联载荷的识别,制定了该后桥耐久性快速试验方案,并通过台架试验进行验证。结果显示,所制定的仅通过垂向加载的后桥耐久性快速试验,可以准确地复现后桥在试车场路况下的失效模式,并且实现了3.9倍的加速。这一方法可以推广至其他汽车零/部件耐久性快速试验规范的编制,对准确地验证整车及零/部件耐久性里程具有一定的参考价值。%Taking the torsion beam rear axle from a compact car was taken as an objective ,the load spectrum for accelerated dura-bility test was developed based on the failure mode on proving ground ,by means of damage analysis and signal condensing .And fatigue tests were conducted under the failure-correlated loads to verify the validity of the proposed testing program of rear axle . Results show that the proposed accelerated durability tests under vertical forces can reproduce the failure mode of rear axle on the road conditions of proving ground ,and a acceleration factor of 3.9 was achieved by comparing the test time of test rig and proving ground.This method could be helpful to the development of accelerated durability test procedures .
