Aiming at the disadvantages of large volume,high cost and poor generality of laser engraving machine in the market,a kind of laser engraving machine based on the structure of the Delta robot was designed,the mechanical structure and control sys-tem were described,as the research object,the kinematics reverse solution of the mechanical body was solved,the inverse kine-matics equation was derived.The accuracy analysis of the prototype shows that the precision meets the requirements of laser pro -cessing system.%针对目前市面上激光雕刻机体积大、成本高和通用性差的缺点,设计一种基于Delta机器人结构的激光雕刻机,描述该雕刻机机械结构以及控制系统组成,以该雕刻机机械本体为研究对象,对其进行运动学求反解,推导出运动学反解方程.对样机进行精度分析,结果表明其精度满足激光加工系统的要求.
