以某车型车身与车架系统为研究对象,应用声学有限元方法与有限元仿真分析软件建立了车辆车身与车架的声学有限元计算模型,对车辆驾驶员右耳怠速振动噪声进行了分析与计算,并与试验测试数据进行了对比,仿真计算与试验结果的吻合度较好,证明了分析模型的有效性和数值仿真方法的可行性.在此基础上,进行了模态贡献量分析,指出了特定频率贡献较大的模态阶次,提出降低噪声的措施.通过这些降噪措施,有效地降低了驾驶员耳旁噪声.%The acoustic finite element method is used to predict the vehicle idle noise in the ear of driver by using the finite element simulation software Nastran which is powerful in acoustic finite element method.The results proved that the finite element simulation model is correct by making a comparison between the test results and simulation results.On the basis of this,the modal analysis is carried out,and the main modal order of the specific frequency was pointed out,and the measures to reduce the noise are put forward and effectively reduced the driver's ear noise through these noise optimization measures.
