采用横流穿孔管消声器的车辆尾管怠速噪声优化

         

摘要

For tailpipe noise of a new vehicle model exceeding the manufacture's standard limits at idle speed,internal flow field velocity and pressure of a cross-flow perforated muffler are simulated using the Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) method.The simulation results showed how the perforation form,the perforation position and the perforation rate affect the pressure loss of the muffler.According to the distribution of the internal flow fields of the vehicle's front muffler,the optimization scheme was given.The real vehicle test results indicated that the tailpipe noise with the optimized muffler decreases by 2.6 dB (A) and 2.1 dB (A) respectively at the cases AC Off and On,which meet the required standard limits noise.%为解决某新车型怠速尾管噪声超标问题,采用计算流体力学(CFD)方法仿真分析了横流穿孔管消声器内部流场的速度与压力变化情况,揭示了穿孔形式、穿孔位置及穿孔率对消声器压力损失的影响规律,并根据该车型前消声器内部流场的分布情况给出了优化方案.实车测试结果表明,优化方案在空调关闭和开启状态的怠速噪声分别降低了2.6 dB(A)和2.1 dB(A),满足尾管噪声限值要求.
